ASE (Automotive Service Excellence Exam)
ASE testing is a certification tool for those in the automotive industry. Automotive technicians and parts professionals may sit for exams to become ASE certified.
ATI TEAS (Test of Essential Academic Skills)
This test is required for admission into our Dental Hygiene, Radiologic Technology, Diagnostic Medical Sonography and Medical Assisting programs and both levels of the Nursing program. Applicants at both the LPN and RN entrance points must take the ATI TEAS.
CLEP (College Level Exam Program)
CLEP testing is a way to earn college credit for prior knowledge by earning a qualifying score on an exam. Computer-based exams covering multiple subjects are administered at both the Sedalia and Whiteman Air Force Base campuses.

CMRT is a credentialing program for Maintenance and Repair technicians.

Food Safety Manager Certification you need to pass the ANSI-accredited Food Protection Manager Certification Exam
HiSET
HiSET is the only approved high school equivalency exam in Missouri. The test is given on the Sedalia campus.
Iso-Quality Testing
The mission of Iso-Quality Testing, Inc. (IQT) is to provide secure, user-friendly, high quality, reasonably-priced computerized examination delivery services to credentialing bodies, and the candidates which they examine, at available secure and monitored locations around the world.
MoGEA
Education majors must pass this test to receive an Associate of Arts in Teaching (AAT) degree and be admitted to a teacher education program at a four-year college.
NIMS
The National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS) certifies individual skills against the standards that meet NIMS quality requirements. NIMS online exams can be proctored in Testing Services on the Sedalia campus.
NOCTI and NOCTI Business Solutions
NOCTI measures the skills of those who complete a secondary or post-secondary technical program. NOCTI online exams can be proctored at all SFCC campuses.
Pearson VUE
Each year millions of people around the world take an exam with Pearson VUE.
ParaProfessional Test
This test measures competencies in English language arts and basic math for prospective and practicing paraprofessionals. This exam meets the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) requirement for paraprofessionals in Missouri school districts.
Phlebotomy Technician Certification (CPT)
The CPT program is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) and issues CPT certifications through the National Healthcareer Association Inc.

Students from colleges or organizations other than SFCC who need an exam proctored may contact the closest SFCC campus office or Testing Services on the Sedalia campus to make arrangements and an appointment to take the exam.

The Ramsay Corporation provides dozens of up-to-date technical tests on job knowledge for production and maintenance employee selection. Our Industrial Technology programs with Emphasis in Biomass Energy and Solar Electric use these exams.
