User Services and Support
We provide support to make sure your computer, laptop, tablet, and phone are in good working condition and can access resources so you can complete your work. Our services are available to students, staff, faculty, and guests. We make desk calls, but walk-ins are welcome.
Communication and Collaboration
We provide and support research on communication and collaboration platforms in order to enhance your participation in shared experiences. Our services cover phones, conference phones, soft phones, audiovisual equipment, email/calendaring, and conference rooms.
Information Security and Network
We are committed to keeping information and resources secure. We support password management, network connectivity and remote access. In addition, we provide guidance on how to securely handle sensitive information, detect attacks and resolve vulnerability issues.
We maintain, develop and enhance the central student, financial and reporting application systems. We work closely with representatives from every business area to provide effective applications to get results.
Teaching and Learning Technologies
We maintain classroom technology to enhance the teaching and learning environment, including teacher workstations, desktops in the classroom, virtual desktops, and computers in the labs. We also provide technical support for the learning management system (Blackboard) to optimize its use.

We can help you with ordering and implementing technology. We can provide quotes as well as oversight and project management for technology-oriented projects.
