ITS offers a 24/7 Central Help Desk to assist with technology requests and incidents for students, faculty and staff. Call extension 7711 (on campus) or (866) 295-3070 (off campus). Walk-ins are welcome.

ITS Knowledge Base

We want you to have the resources to help you with your technology needs at SFCC. The ITS Knowledge Base has guides to help you set up your email on your phone, connect to the network, learn about mySTAR, and more.

Submit a Service Request through Service-Now (SNOW)

Faculty and staff can submit ITS service requests through the ticketing system called Service-Now (SNOW). With SNOW you can check the status of your submitted tickets and leave comments to communicate with the staff working on your requests.
