Registered Apprenticeship Programs
Registered apprenticeships have been used to meet America’s skilled workforce needs for more than 80 years. These training programs are available in 1500 occupations across 170 industries, found in businesses of all sizes and range from one to five years.
The LearningForce’s registered apprenticeship programs are unique, flexible programs that combine job-related skills training with mentored on-the-job learning. An apprenticeship is a full-time job with substantial training and development of transferable skills, which is beneficial to the employer and employee.
The goal of an apprenticeship program is to provide workers with advanced skill sets that meet the specific needs of employers. Employees earn a salary while they learn, gain real skills and knowledge, earn a national credential and prepare for career advancement.
The programs offer employers the ability to strengthen and build their workforce by providing a tailored high-quality talent pipeline that results in better retention, higher productivity and increased loyalty.
