State Fair Community College invites the community to the 2025 Jingle on the Green celebration on Thursday, Dec. 4, beginning at 6 p.m. on the Sedalia campus.
This free annual event features thousands of luminarias, beautifully decorated trees, live musical performances, festive food and beverages, arts and crafts, and tram rides around campus. Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be on hand to visit with children, and Rowdie the Roadrunner will spread holiday cheer throughout the evening.
SFCC President Dr. Brent Bates will give a welcome and opening remarks at 6 p.m. in Stauffacher Theatre. Guests will receive a schedule of performances and activities upon arrival.
Performing groups scheduled for Jingle on the Green include students from SFCC, Camdenton, Smith-Cotton, Cole Camp, Oak Grove, Holden, Sacred Heart, Boonville, Lincoln, Marshall, and Smithton (Schools participating are subject to change).
The SFCC Foundation sponsors Jingle on the Green each year as a heartfelt “thank you” to the community. The event is made possible through the support of SFCC students, faculty, staff, and area high school students, along with local teachers, community members, organizations, and businesses who volunteer their time to bring the holiday spirit to life. SFCC and the Foundation extend sincere appreciation to all who contribute to making this evening so special.
