Meal Plans – How They Work

Meal plans are a smart and convenient way to get the most value for your money. The plans offer unlimited portions and cost less than full, healthy meals almost anywhere else. With a meal plan, you never have to worry about going hungry or where to eat, and meals are tax-free.

SFCC requires Residence Hall students to have a 19-Meal Plan that can be used for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Friday with brunch and dinner options Saturday and Sunday every week during open hours of operation. Students with meal plans may have unlimited servings of anything they want from the Residence Hall serving line. A daily grill special also is available as a meal exchange.

Commuters, faculty and staff may buy a 10-Meal Punch Card for $75, a discount from the posted Casual Meal cost. You can use the card for unlimited servings of any meal from the Residence Hall serving line. The only food items you can’t buy with the Punch Card are premium meals or “grab and go” items. You can buy Punch Cards at the cashier’s window in the Hopkins Student Services Center or online—and they never expire.

Roadrunner Bucks on BLUECARDs also may be used to buy meals.
