SEDALIA—State Fair Community College students won honors at the Missouri Post-secondary Agriculture Students (PAS) conference Nov. 11-13 in St. Louis.
A total of 32 SFCC agriculture students attended. They competed in a variety of contests designed to develop skills required by employers in the agriculture industry, attended workshops, listened to guest speakers, participated in mock interviews, and toured area industries such as Monsanto Research and Anheuser-Busch and other local attractions.

· Career Planning—Martha Cowherd, Blackburn, first place, Ag Management and Marketing Systems; Weston Cannon, Green Ridge, third place, Plant Systems
· Career Progress—Kristina Marcum, Knob Noster, third place, Ruminant Animal Systems; Ciara Day, Bunceton, second place, and Ryan Voss, Iberia, third place, Non-Ruminant animal Systems; Jonathan Brandes, Prairie Home, third place, Plant Systems

Ryan Voss was elected Missouri PAS parliamentarian, and sponsor Brad Driskill was awarded an honorary membership by the Missouri PAS Officer Team.
