Sedalia, Missouri – Feb. 7, 2024 – The Missouri Small Business Development Center (Missouri SBDC) and The LearningForce at State Fair Community College will offer a 4-hour bartending course on the basics of mixing, pouring and serving various kinds of alcohol. As well as an advanced 4-hour course for those seeking to master, improve, or expand on mixing techniques and garnish presentation.
Bartending 101 is a hands-on basics workshop on March 11 from noon to 4 PM at The Encore at 30765 Bagnell Dam Blvd, Lake Ozark. The workshop, priced at $64.00, provides beginners with a hands-on experience covering a comprehensive array of topics essential for any aspiring bartender. Bartending 102 will be on March 4 from 1 to 5 PM, offering hands-on practice and exposure to a broader range of cocktails and key components. Topics like customer service and legal considerations will also be covered. The workshop, priced at $64.00, will be at Volker’s Eatery and Pub at 1021 S. Limit.
