If you enjoy leading, making decisions, analyzing information, and implementing solutions, SFCC’s AAS degree in Business Management with Management Specialty program could be a great fit for you. You’ll learn goal-setting, coordinating, motivation, leadership, ethics, and communication skills.
Our program offers the ideal framework to help you develop the skills you need—a rigorous class schedule and an optional two-month summer internship that allows you to apply the principles you’ve learned in a real-world setting.
Some common skills and abilities needed for this program include computer literacy; organizational and planning skills; critical-thinking and problem-solving skills; leadership; strong communication skills in speaking and writing; and the ability to work with a team.

Jobs are abundant in the management field. Employment opportunities include entry-level positions in banking, human resources management, insurance, retail and sales management, food service management, data entry, and government office clerk. Salaries range from $19,700 to $42,000.
