An estimated 80,000 new technicians are needed in Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning. This according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. The number of new jobs needed in Missouri is 5,000 – 8,000. HVAC salaries average around $24.00 per hour or about $49,000 per year.

Internships in HVAC allow students receive on-the-job training for college credit. Interns will perform job assignments accurately and efficiently under supervision.

SFCC students are assigned a Navigator. So, a Navigator is much like a personal assistant. A Navigator will guide you through college and ensure your educational needs are met. Navigators are much more than an advisor. Navigators take a vested interest in your success and will meet with each student personally and remain in regular contact.
