State Fair Community College Precision Machining and Automotive Technology students competed at the Missouri SkillsUSA Leadership Conference that was held recently at State Technical College of Missouri in Linn. 

Precision Machining students who received awards are as follows: 

  • Nolan Klassen of Clinton received silver in the CNC 3-Axis Milling Programmer competition. 
  • Austin Martin of Ionia, Willian VanDyke of Boonville and Hunter Snow of Sedalia received bronze as a team in the Automated Manufacturing Technology competition.  

Other Precision Machining students who competed were Jacob Kerouac of Knob Noster, and Erick Feely, Peyton Stevens and Hayden Towne all of Sedalia. 

Automotive Technology students who competed were Fernando Martinez and Jared Spratley, both of Sedalia.
