The Missouri Small Business Development Center at State Fair Community College will host two no-cost Introduction to Government Contracting trainings for small business owners who want to learn how to navigate, research and connect to the government marketplace.
One training course will be held 10-11:30 a.m. Nov. 5 in Fielding Technical Center on the SFCC Sedalia campus. The other training course will be held 10-11:30 a.m. Nov. 6 at the SFCC Lake of the Ozarks campus, room 147, 3797 Osage Beach Pkwy. in Osage Beach. Registration is required.
These training courses will provide useful tools to compete for government contracts on the federal, state or local levels. After the course, any business may sign up for Missouri APEX Accelerator Services. These free services include assistance with strategic approaches, marketing, bid research and preparation, registrations, certifications, education resources, and more.
