Secondary Email Reminder

Your User Profile is missing a value for the Secondary Email attribute for password resets.  To remove this prompt, please navigate to the following on your Okta Dashboard:

  1. Click on your first name drop down at the top of the screen and click Settings.Okta Dashboard
  2. Under Personal Information click Edit
  3. Add a valid non SFCC email address to the Secondary Email address field.
  4. Click Save
