mySFCC

Log in to mySFCC as first time user

We recommend you set a new password before continuing to use mySFCC.

Looking at the mySFCC home screen, near the bottom of that box you will see a change/forgot password link. Clicking on that link will open up sfccmo.okta.com.  Follow these directions to change your password on Okta. 

Initial password format is below.  

MMDDYY – FL

You should change your password. This password will be used to access all SFCC systems.

Your new password must be:

  • at least 8 characters long
  • it may not contain any part of your student ID number, name or birthday
  • it must contain at least 3 of the following: a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, or a special character

Upon first login you will be prompted to setup password reset recovery options.

mySFCC Authentication Error

Issue:  After 30 minutes of inactivity in mySFCC, you may receive the below Authentication Error.  mySFCC authentication error

Work around:

STEP 1

Go to  Okta.

STEP 2

Chose Sign out under your first name in the upper right hand corner of the Okta main page.

STEP 3

This will allow you to log back into mySFCC.
