The LearningForce at State Fair Community College partners with businesses across our 14-county service area to deliver customized workforce training that helps employees build new skills and helps organizations remain competitive.

Missouri One Start Training

The LearningForce serves as the local administrator for Missouri One Start training programs throughout SFCC's service region.

Our team works directly with employers to identify opportunities, prepare grant applications, and manage annual and multi-year Missouri One Start training projects that can help offset the cost of workforce training for new and existing employees.

Recruitment assistance may also be available through Missouri One Start programs.

 

State Fair Training Consortium

The LearningForce administers the State Fair Training Consortium, which provides member companies with access to no-cost customized workforce training.

Funded through a Missouri One Start Customized Training Grant, the consortium develops annual training opportunities based on the workforce development priorities identified by participating employers.
