Career Services can tailor workshops to align with your course objectives, academic program, or student population. Sessions can range from 15-minute classroom presentations to full interactive workshops.
Career Services welcomes opportunities to collaborate with faculty on curriculum development, classroom activities, and initiatives that strengthen students' career readiness. Together, we can help connect learning outcomes to career competencies, ensuring students understand the value and application of their education beyond the classroom.
Through internships, job shadowing, clinical experiences, apprenticeships, and other hands-on learning activities, students gain practical experience while exploring career paths. SFCC is committed to helping students engage in meaningful learning experiences that connect education to employment and prepare them for long-term success.
Career readiness is a foundation from which to demonstrate requisite core competencies that broadly prepare the college educated for success in the workplace and lifelong career management.
