SFCC first began offering classes and academic programs in the Lake area in the late 1990s. For over 25 years, SFCC has served the Lake of the Ozarks region without any local tax burden.
Our modern, 28,000-square-foot facility located on the upper level of the Stone Crest
Mall is designed for student success. The campus features:

Thanks to our exclusive educational partnership with Central Methodist University (CMU), you can earn an accredited Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree without leaving the Lake area.
These programs are specifically designed for students who already hold an Associate of Arts (AA) or Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree, as well as professionals seeking career enrichment.

While programs such as HVAC, Automotive Technology, and Agriculture are offered on SFCC's Sedalia campus, Lake of the Ozarks students can often complete many required general education courses locally before transitioning into their technical program.

Missouri Small Business Development
The Missouri Small Business Development (SBDC) has a full-time consultant on staff at the Lake of the Ozarks campus Monday through Friday.
Missouri Job Center
The Missouri Job Center maintains an office on the Lake of the Ozarks campus that is available for SFCC-LOZ students one day each week.
SFCC-LOZ offers Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) services to help students build foundational skills and prepare for the High School Equivalency (HSE) exam. These programs provide an opportunity for individuals to earn a credential that can lead to college enrollment, career advancement, and new educational opportunities.
