Located on the Lincoln University campus in Jefferson City, SFCC-Jefferson City serves as the home of Connect Blue, a concurrent enrollment partnership that allows students to take classes through both institutions while earning their Associate of Arts degree from SFCC and preparing for seamless transfer into a bachelor's degree program at Lincoln University.

Designed to simplify the transfer process and support student success, Connect Blue provides an affordable, efficient pathway from community college to university graduation.

What Is Connect Blue?

Connect Blue is a concurrent enrollment program between State Fair Community College and Lincoln University that allows students to be enrolled at both institutions at the same time.

Instead of completing an associate degree and then applying to transfer, Connect Blue students begin building their bachelor's degree pathway from day one.

Students can:

Earn an Associate of Arts degree from SFCC
Take courses through both SFCC and Lincoln University

Study on the Lincoln University Campus

How the Program Works

Students enrolled in Connect Blue take classes through both institutions during the fall and spring semesters.

Typical enrollment includes:

9 to 12 credit hours through State Fair Community College
3 to 6 credit hours through Lincoln University

SFCC courses are taught on the Lincoln University campus by SFCC faculty, creating a convenient and connected learning experience.

Students receive:

An SFCC student ID number
Access to SFCC student resources
Academic support from both institutions
Guidance throughout the transfer and degree completion process

Lincoln University advisors are available through the Academic Success Center located in the lower level of Page Library.

SFCC serves as the student's home institution for financial aid processing.

Financial aid is processed through SFCC
Institutions do not transfer financial aid funds to cover outstanding balances at the other school
