Top-notch commercial truck drivers are in demand in Missouri and throughout the nation. We offer the region’s leading Class A CDL training program, designed by employers to put you in the driver’s seat and on the road to a great job.
Whether you aspire to drive locally, within the state or internationally, this short-term training program provides you with the knowledge and skills you need to excel at driving and get a job. We teach you the rules of the road, how to keep logs and understand regulations and how to drive. When you complete the course, you will have earned your Class A CDL license.
The four-week program includes about 40 hours of classroom time and 160 hours of driving time. As your driving abilities improve, you will get to drive in increasing amounts of traffic, on different types of roads and under varied road conditions. Both low-use and high-use docks are used for practice.

We designed this program with the cooperation of local trucking companies to meet their increasing demands for qualified drivers. However, the CDL is valid for any company to which you apply. Please note that long-haul trucking firms have insurance requirements that may include restrictions on age (21-25 depending on company) and amount of driving experience that must also be met for employment. Some of the largest firms are self-insured and have fewer restrictions. However, local trucking firms are working together to help our CDL graduates obtain necessary driving experience.
