SEDALIA—Lego® robotics, science, art, acting, printmaking, cooking, gardening, sewing, problem solving, and CSI Sedalia are just some of the classes that will be offered this summer through State Fair Community College’s sixth annual Kids College.

The program offers more than 30 different five-day classes for students entering pre-kindergarten through 10th grade next fall.
Classes will meet mornings or afternoons June 13-17, June 20-24, July 11-15, and July 18-22. Lego® Robotics for students in grades 4-8 will meet from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Fees vary from $69 to $99 per class based on materials and equipment used. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Early enrollment is advised; classes without minimum enrollment one week prior to start dates may be canceled. Instructors are listed with each class.

College Exploration Courses is a new category this year for students in grades 4-10. Courses will feature babysitting training, automated manufacturing, energy innovation, health sciences, robotics, and fashion design.
