Sedalia, Missouri  Oct. 20, 2022  The LearningForce at State Fair Community College will offer a 16-hour Level 2 Industrial Electrical Maintenance technical training and boot camp from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 5 and 7 in Fielding Technical Center on the Sedalia campus. This workforce training builds on the skills taught in the Level 1 Industrial Electrical Maintenance course, which is a recommended course prior to taking the level 2 course.  

SFCC’s The LearningForce provides customized Industrial Electrical Maintenance courses as short-term training courses that build on targeted electrical maintenance skills. These courses are scheduled throughout the year and can be customized for a company’s specific workforce needs.  

Participants will increase their knowledge and hone their skills in troubleshooting basic to complex electro-mechanical systems. Through hands-on training using industrial equipment, electrical diagrams, drawings and schematics, participants will be better prepared to work with programmable logic controllers (PLC), variable frequency drives (VFD), robotics, and other future technologies.
