Sedalia, MissouriApril 14, 2021 – State Fair Community College’s The LearningForce is offering HeartCode® basic life-saving online training with scheduled hands-on skill sessions with an American Heart Association (AHA) certified instructor. Upon successful completion of required online coursework, participants will be scheduled for hands-on skill sessions on the SFCC Sedalia campus.. CPR mannequins will be used for participants to demonstrate and simulate CPR skills for both adults and infants. Skill testing includes the use of compressions, bag mask and AED devices.

April Young, M.Ed. RT(R), SFCC’s Radiologic Technology director, is the trainer. The hands-on skill sessions will be held in Fielding Technical Center, Room 218.
