SEDALIA—State Fair Community College is seeking vendors for a new “Junk 2 Treasure” sale Sept. 24-25 in the Fred E. Davis Multipurpose Center on the Sedalia campus.

“We welcome vendors of upcycled, vintage, shabby/rusty chic, retro, or antique repurposed items,” said Dana Page, event coordinator. “We’d also like to have vendors who sell signs, salvage, junk, trinkets, or handmade items for creating repurposed items, as well as do-it-yourself materials, pottery and farmhouse-style items.”

Vendor space is available on the upper and lower levels of the 57,000-square-foot building. Booth sizes and costs are:

• 10 x 10-foot booth, $100 ($110 with electricity)
• 10 x 20-foot booth, $180 ($190 with electricity)

Access to electricity is limited, and vendors must provide their own extension cords. A limited number of eight-foot tables is available to rent for $8 each; chairs will be provided. Space is limited; registration deadline is Sept. 16.

The Junk 2 Treasure sale is set for 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sept. 24 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 25. Vendors may set up booths from 2-8 p.m. Sept. 23. Doors will open for vendors at 7 a.m. Saturday.

Admission is $5 and is good for both days. There will be free parking, concessions and door prizes.
