SEDALIA—State Fair Community College’s The LearningForce will offer a variety of enrichment and professional development classes from January through July. Classes designed for children from preschool through middle school also will be offered.

Class schedules have been mailed to area homes and also can be found online at www.sfccmo.edu/thelearningforce.

The enrichment classes range from arts and crafts, firearm safety and health and wellness to various hobbies and motorcycle riding. Professional development classes include a wide array of computer topics for beginners to advanced users as well as leadership skills and commercial truck driving.

The LearningForce also coordinates training classes for businesses and industries designed to solve problems and ensure their workforce is equipped with needed skills. Several OSHA certification classes are offered for construction, general industries and hazardous waste operations, and companies also can request onsite classes.

Online classes in business and computer skills, human resources, marketing, project management, nonprofit management, quality assurance, and more offer participants the opportunity to gain or improve knowledge and skills at their convenience.
