State Fair Community College further acknowledges that the institution signed and returned to the Department the Certification and Agreement and the assurance that the institution has used the applicable amount of funds designated under the CRRSAA and ARP (a)(1) programs to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students.<\/li>\n<li>State Fair Community College received $1,233,457 under the CARES (a)(1) program for Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students. State Fair Community College also received $1,233,457 under the CRRSAA (a)(1) programs and $4,793,787 under the ARP (a)(1) program for Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students.<\/li>\n<li>Since inception of the program, State Fair Community College has disbursed the following quarterly amounts of Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students:\n<ul>\n<li>Inception to June 30, 2020: $1,110,900i. Number of eligible students: 3,083<br \/>\nii. Number of students who received aid: 2,269<\/li>\n<li>July 1, 2020 \u2013 September 30, 2020: $12,100i. Number of eligible students: 2,931<br \/>\nii. Number of students who received aid: 93<\/li>\n<li>October 1, 2020 \u2013 December 31, 2020: $40,300i. Number of eligible students: 2,672<br \/>\nii. Number of students who received aid: 217<\/li>\n<li>January 1, 2021 \u2013 March 31, 2021: $804,700i. Number of eligible students: 2,340<br \/>\nii. Number of students who received aid: 1,418<\/li>\n<li>April 1, 2021 \u2013 June 30, 2021: $499,320i. Number of eligible students: 3,005<br \/>\nii. Number of students who received aid: 1,947<\/li>\n<li>July 1, 2021 \u2013 September 30, 2021: $46,880i. Number of eligible students: 3,770<br \/>\nii. Number of students who received aid: 28<\/li>\n<li>October 1, 2021 \u2013 December 31, 2021: $2,485,543i. Number of eligible students: 3,614<br \/>\nii. Number of students who received aid: 2,922<\/li>\n<li>January 1, 2022 \u2013 March 31, 2022: $2,261,102<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>i. Number of eligible students: 3,221<br \/>\nii. Number of students who received aid: 2,567<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>All students who are or were enrolled at State Fair Community College on or after the date of the declaration of the national emergency due to the coronavirus (March 13, 2020) are eligible for emergency financial aid grants from the HEERF. State Fair Community College considers all students to have need for HEERF aid. However, students are prioritized on the basis of the most financial need, with priority given to those students with exceptional financial need. Those that are Pell Eligible receive larger direct block grants than those that are not Pell eligible.<\/li>\n<li>In addition to the direct block grants awarded to students (described below), students can also apply for additional emergency financial grants based on their personal circumstances for expenses incurred due to the disruption of campus operations due to the COVID-19 pandemic. These emergency financial aid grants may be used by the student for any component of the student\u2019s cost of attendance or for emergency costs that arise due to coronavirus, such as tuition, food, housing, health care (including mental health care), or child care. The student may also request an emergency financial aid grant in the amount of an outstanding balance to pay off that balance to release a transcript hold, enrollment hold, or transfer credit hold.<\/li>\n<li>State Fair Community College made HEERF Student Emergency Relief block grants available to eligible students (enrolled in at least one credit hour) in the terms and amounts as follows:\n<ul>\n<li>Spring Semester 2020i. Pell-eligible students received $500<br \/>\nii. All other domestic students with a FAFSA on file received $300<\/li>\n<li>Spring Semester 2021i. Pell-eligible students received $650<br \/>\nii. All other students with a FAFSA on file received $500iii. Students without a FAFSA on file received $300 iv. Dual Credit students received $237<\/li>\n<li>Summer Semester 2021i. Pell-eligible students received $230<br \/>\nii. All other students with a FAFSA on file received $130iii. Students without a FAFSA on file received $65<\/li>\n<li>Fall Semester 2021<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Full-Time Students (12+ credit hours)<br \/>\n1. Less than $5,846 FAFSA EFC received $1,500<br \/>\n2. $5,847 &#8211; $12,000 FAFSA EFC received $1,300<br \/>\n3. Greater than $12,000 FAFSA EFC received $1,100 4.
