Sedalia, MissouriMarch 22, 2021 – The Missouri Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at State Fair Community College will host, at no cost, a four-session seminar on the practice of Customer Discovery and how it improves business’ and community organizations’ success. Participants may attend on-ground in Fielding Center 209 on the Sedalia campus or online via a Zoom link.  Registration is required, and seating is limited. The four sessions are relevant to small business owners and managers, non-profits and community organizations. A value proposition is a marketing strategy that clearly communicates the business or organization’s value to its customers.

Participants also will discover product and service needs by determining customers’ problems and developing solutions and how to test product and service ideas for viability through customer interviews. Attendees will receive individual feedback to enhance and sharpen ideas and learn about federal grants and other funding opportunities.
