Sedalia, Missouri – June 13, 2022 – State Fair Community College Lady Roadrunners’ soccer fans will have seven opportunities to see their team play at home during the 2022 season.  

SFCC will open the season with five road matches starting at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 24, at Scott Community College. SFCC will travel to Southwestern Illinois College on Saturday, Aug. 27, for a 1 p.m. game. At 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 7, at Mineral Area College, Lady Roadrunners will open the Region 16 and Missouri Community College Athletic Conference portion of their schedule. 

SFCC will continue their road trip with games at St. Charles Community College on Saturday, Sept. 10, at 1 p.m. and Central Methodist University on Monday, Sept. 12, at 5 p.m. 

The Lady Roadrunners’ home portion of the schedule will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, against St. Louis Community College. The home stand will continue at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 20, with a match against Metropolitan Community College. SFCC will host Southwestern Illinois College at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24. 

The Lady Roadrunners will travel to Evangel University on Monday, Sept. 26, for a 6 p.m. match up and then return home to take on Missouri Valley College at 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 29.  

In the final month of the regular season, SFCC will host three of four matches. At 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 2, Lady Roadrunners will host Central Methodist University. SFCC will host East Central College at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8. The team will travel to Metropolitan Community College on Tuesday, Oct. 11, to play at 1 p.m. and then close out the regular season at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, against Jefferson College. 

“We are looking forward to another competitive season,” said Head Coach Jaime Beltran. “We are excited to play in front our home fans at the Fred E. Davis Sports Complex.
