Eligible beneficiaries attending school may receive <strong>up to 36 months of benefits<\/strong> at the 100% level. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.va.gov\/education\/survivor-dependent-benefits\/fry-scholarship\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">For further information and to apply visit Fry Scholarship<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Chapter 35: Survivors and Dependents Assistance <\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Survivors and Dependents assistance provides education and training opportunities to eligible dependents of veterans who are permanently and totally disabled due to a service-related condition or eligible dependents of veterans who died while on active duty or as a result of a service-related condition. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.va.gov\/education\/survivor-dependent-benefits\/dependents-education-assistance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Visit Survivors and Dependents Assistance to apply or get more information.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Chapter 1606: Montgomery GI Bill\u00ae Selected Reserve<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Select Reserve benefits are for eligible members in the Air, Army, Coast Guard, and Marine Reserves and Air and Army National Guard. 36 months of entitlement but will end once the member leaves service. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.va.gov\/education\/about-gi-bill-benefits\/montgomery-selected-reserve\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Visit Montgomery GI Bill<strong>\u00ae<\/strong> Selected Reserve for more information or to apply.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Missouri Returning Heroes Act<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>The Missouri Returning Heroes Education Act is a Missouri law that requires public institutions to limit eligible combat veterans&#8217; tuition to $50 per credit hour for undergraduate coursework. Students must maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.5, provide a DD-214, and be eligible to vote or registered to vote in Missouri, or be a current resident of Missouri.<\/li>\n<li>Please submit completed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sfccmo.edu\/files\/financial-aid\/MO-Returning-heroes-Act.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Missouri Returning Heroes Education Act form<\/a> to <a href=\"mailto:finaid@sfccmo.edu\">finaid@sfccmo.edu<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tuition Assistance<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Military Tuition Assistance is a benefit paid to eligible members of the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, and Coast Guard.&nbsp;Congress has authorized each service the ability to pay up to 100 percent for the tuition expenses of its members.&nbsp;Each service has its own criteria for eligibility, obligated service, application process, and restrictions.&nbsp;This money is normally paid directly to the college by the individual services.
