If you relate well with people, have good judgment and organizational and management abilities, SFCC’s AAS degree in Business Management with Office Management Specialty program could be a great choice for you.

Our program offers the ideal framework to help you develop the skills you need—a rigorous class schedule and a required internship that allows you to apply the principles you’ve learned in a real-world setting.

To be successful in this field you need good judgment, organizational and management abilities, solid keyboarding and computer application skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to relate well with people.

Occupational Outlook

Employment opportunities include positions as an administrative or office assistant, legal secretary, executive secretary, or human resources assistant. Jobs are available in government offices, schools, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, insurance, banking, entertainment, real estate, service industries, and corporate offices. Salaries range from $26,700 to $38,000.
