Enrolling for summer and fall 2013
The summer and fall schedules are now available online. Current students should meet with their assigned academic advisors for help with scheduling classes. New, transfer or former students should complete the admissions process before scheduling an appointment with the Advising and Resource Center (ARC).
After meeting with an advisor, students may enroll according to the following schedule UNLESS there is a hold on their accounts. Check mySTAR to determine if there are any holds that will prevent enrolling in classes. Students who wish to enroll as soon as they are eligible will need to pay any balance or pending scheduled payments on their accounts prior to enrolling.
CURRENT STUDENTS may enroll in fall classes on mySTAR according to the following schedule:
| Required number of credit hours earned (does not include current semester) |
First day to enroll on mySTAR |
| 30+ credit hours earned |
April 4 |
| 10-29.99 credit hours earned |
April 10 |
| 0-9.99 credit hours earned |
April 16 |
| New students by appointment in the ARC |
April 24 |
Whiteman Air Force Base students
Students who attend classes at Whiteman Air Force Base can enroll in the first 8-week fall classes starting June 24. The date for the second 8-week fall classes has yet to be announced.
FORMER STUDENTS may enroll using mySTAR according to the above schedule. However, former students who have not attended SFCC for more than two years need to contact the Admissions office to update their files before scheduling an appointment in the Advising and Resource Center. Call (660) 530-5831 or e-mail
arc@sfccmo.edu to schedule an appointment.
NEW STUDENTS should submit all materials to Admissions to complete their files before scheduling an appointment to enroll in the Advising and Resource Center. All new students are required to meet with a Core Advisor before enrolling for their first semester. Students will attend a New Student Orientation prior to classes starting.
