ETS mySTAR FAQ

How to get my Username?
Your username is your student/employee ID#. If you are a student (former, current, or applicant) and don't know your number, contact Admissions at 660-530-5833. If you are an employee and don't know your number, contact HR at 660-530-5825. Hint: You can also find your ID number printed on most communication with SFCC like statements, schedules, etc.

What is my password?
Your mySTAR password is the password you use to log into the SFCC network. If you have never logged into the network, then the default is your birth date (mmddyy).

How to change my password?
In order to change your password, you will need to know your current password. Click here and enter your network login [this is the user account that you login to the PC/network on campus] and current password, then provide a new password.

How to find my student e-mail address?
Log into mySTAR, click on the e-mail icon. Your e-mail address will be in the upper right corner of the screen.
