Paid Time Off
Regular full-time employees of SFCC are provided with a lucrative vacation and sick leave benefit. Additional benefits include winter holiday paid time off without the need for employees to take vacation and one week during spring break also without the need to take vacation!
Family Medical Leave
SFCC is in compliance with the Family Medical Leave Act. If you or a qualifying dependent have a serious illness or have given birth or adopted a child you are required to contact HR within three business days of the qualifying event.
Workers' Compensation
SFCC provides workers' compensation insurance for employees injured while working at SFCC. The insurance coverage is provided through Gallagher Benefits Group and MUSIC consortium.
Tuition Waiver
Regular full-time employees of SFCC and their qualified dependents receive a 100 percent tuition waiver (excluding books and fees) for all SFCC classes!
SFCC Professional Development Institute
Regular full and part-time employees are encouraged to attend professional development sessions at SFCC. Sessions are offered through the HR/Payroll office. For additional information, please contact ext. 480.
