Benefits
Regular full-time employees of SFCC are eligible for benefits. Health, Dental, and Life Insurance premiums are paid for by the College for full-time employees. Employees who elect to cover eligible dependents will be responsible to pay the premiums for their dependents.
Vision coverage is an option for employees, the premium is paid by the employee, the college does not pay the vision premium.
Full-time employees will participate in the Missouri Teacher Retirement System and the Missouri Non-Teacher Retirement System. AFLAC administers SFCC's Cafeteria 125 plan for employees, through this plan, employees may have certain medical and dependent care costs deducted on a pre-tax basis; supplemental insurance is available through AFLAC at the cost of the employee.
