ETS Advisory Committee
The Educational Technology Services Advisory Committee (ETS-AC) works collaboratively with the various administrative and faculty components of the College in facilitating, developing and implementing the effective and efficient use of technology. This is a unit committee to advise and work with the CIO. Minutes of the meetings will be posted in mySTAR.

The ETS-AC charge includes the following responsibilities:
- Review and advise on major projects and services utilizing technology, especially by setting priorities, objectives and standards for projects and services.
- Recommend policies and procedures concerning information technology systems, security, software, hardware, and related matters.
- Develop IT standards and an appeal procedure for deviations from these standards.
- Make recommendations regarding technology equipment and initiatives.
- Recommend priorities for annual budgets and for allocation of funds.
- Facilitate College-wide communication regarding the use of technology. \>6Ã>Coordinate and disseminate information on upgrades of central computing systems.
- Serve as a forum for the exchange of ideas among constituents.
- Develop annual IT tactical plans based upon the IT Strategic Plan.
