Withdrawal from SFCC

If it is necessary to withdraw from the college (drop all of your classes for a semester or session), you can do so before the end of the 12th week of a 16-week semester or the 6th week of an 8-week session and receive a grade of 'W' on your SFCC transcript.  These dates are published in the current Student Planner & Handbook and the weekly Student Bulletin.  After the last date to withdraw, you can not withdraw and you must remain in the classes until the end of the semester/session.

To officially withdraw you can call the Registrar's Office at (660) 530-5829 or (877) 311-7322 (toll free) ext. 7291 or 7293 or complete the State Fair Community College Withdrawal Form and mail it to Attn: Registrar, 3201 W. 16th St., Sedalia, MO  65301 or fax it to (660) 596-7472, or bring it to the Registrar's Office.
