SFCC uses MS Outlook to access e-mail. Your e-mail address is the first initial of your legal first name and your full last name. A number may be added if an account already exists with the same name. Your initial password is your birth date (mmddyyyy). Your network logon user account and password are the same as your e-mail credentials.
The first time you log into the network, you will be asked to change your password. Due to Active Directory providing single signon, the system will use the PC login information to automatically log you into MS Outlook if you are using a PC within the college network that has been configured to work this way.
The following confidentiality statement has been approved by ETS-AC which you can add to your e-mail signature block by selecting Tools--> Options --> Mail Format --> Signatures:
CONFIDENTIALITY: This e-mail (including any attachments) may contain confidential, proprietary and privileged information, and unauthorized disclosure or use is prohibited. If you received this e-mail in error, please notify the sender and delete this e-mail from your system.
