Accreditation

State Fair Community College is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and the Division of Career and Adult Education, Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

The Radiologic Technology Program is also accredited with the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology. Accreditation proves to the student that the academic program meets certain educational standards. In accordance with the guidelines published in the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology, the Radiologic Technology program follows the Radiography curriculum published by the American Society of Radiologic Technologists in 2002.

Completion of an Accredited Radiologic Technology program is required to take the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists' certifying exam.
