Performance Scholarships

The Music Department offers several performance scholarships, available to those who are attending SFCC and who wish to participate in the SFCC music ensembles.  Scholarship auditions will be set up through the music department.  You may contact the music department at the number below to set up an audition time.

Music Scholarship and Reference Application

- Scholarship Requirements -

• Must maintain a cumulative minimum GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Must maintain full-time status during the regular academic year.  Completion of a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester is required.
• Must be enrolled in a minimum of 2 designated ensembles each semester.
• Must complete a music audition with the Director of Music to determine the student's placement in the required performance groups.
• Student should be a hard working, dedicated student that would be a dependable addition to the music department.
• You do NOT have to be a music major to qualify for a performance scholarship.
