2007 Roadrunner Volleyball


Diane Shipley - Head Coach
Diane Shipley begins her fourth year as head volleyball coach of the State Fair Community College Lady Roadrunners. Coach Shipley spent six years as an assistant coach to Darren Pannier before taking the reins. In her three years as head coach, she has had eleven all-region players, an academic all-american and was named Region XVI DivisionI Coach of the Year 2006. She is a graduate of Green Ridge High School, SFCC, and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from William Woods University. Diane and her husband Jeff have two children, Paige and Jordan.

Kelli Miller, Assistant Coach
A Sedalia native, a former SFCC student and long-time volleyball player and coach, Kelli Miller will be Coach Shipley’s assistant coach. Kelli spent two years as the Student Assistant under Coach Pannier and then was the Grad Assistant at Missouri Valley College for another two volleyball seasons. Kelli played volleyball for 8 years, has become an IMPACT certified coach and has been the youth volleyball coordinator for the Sedalia Parks and Rec for the past six year. Coach Miller is currently attending Missouri Valley College working toward a degree in secondary education, with an emphasis in history.
