Certificate Programs

A variety of certificate programs have been created to assist with planning your employees' professional development.  Or, design your own certificate program to meet your organization's unique needs.  All classes can be taken separately but are offered through consortia in an order that makes it easiest for those completing a B&TC Certificate.

Certificates of Accomplishment for completion of these classes are awarded in May.

Coaching

These courses are designed for coaching or mentoring programs. They are directed at the coaches to assist them in understanding their role and develop techniques of assisting others to grow and develop.
