Upward Bound

Upward Bound is a program of the federally funded TRiO program and is designed to provide educational opportunities to motivate and support students. The Upward Bound program at State Fair Community College is a partnership with Smith-Cotton High School and prepares first-generation students in grades 9-12 to be successful college students. The program also has a six-week summer component in which participants live on the SFCC campus and immerse themselves in college life.
