Adjunct Faculty

SFCC is continuously searching for professionals in various career fields with instructional experience.  Opportunities to teach as an  adjunct exist at  various locations besides the Sedalia campus.  Lake of the Ozarks, Clinton, Boonville, and Whiteman Air Force Base are just a few of the extended campus sites throughout our 14-county service area.

If you have a desire to serve students, and want to make a difference, you are the candidate we are looking for!  SFCC compensates adjunct instructors $500 per credit hour.

Qualifications:

• Associate's, Bachelors's or Master's degree or appropriate certification for career and technical classes, short courses, business and industry training, and lifelong learning.
• Minimum of Master's degree with 18 hours in the field for transfer classes.

Adjunct Faculty Employment

If you are offered a position to teach on a part-time/temporary basis as adjunct faculty, you will need to complete the paperwork in the Office of Human Resources and Payroll Services by appointment only.
