Welcome 

The SFCC Foodservice Department has many things to offer you, we run the Cafe in which you can take advantage of breakfast, lunch, and dinner through the fall and spring semesters* using a declining balance card, value added card for faculty and staff, or cash.  Some of the things you will find in the Cafe are hot breakfast and lunch with lunch menus rotating about every six weeks.  We have baked potato bar daily and soup in the cooler season, full salad bar, build your own sub-line, pizza, nachos, hot dogs, and other hot grab-and-go items during the lunch for quick service.  The cold case has a variety of offerings some of which may include chicken and tuna salad, fresh fruit, cold salads, yogurt, cold desserts, milk and chocolate milk, juices, energy drinks.  We also sell bottled Pepsi products to take with you on the go.  

The SFCC Foodservice Department provides catering services on campus and party trays for off-campus events. For more detail on catering policies, please view the additional links on the left side of this Web page.  You can find the Backstage Cafe' in the Stauffacher Center for the Fine Arts on the Sedalia campus right next to the Bookstore!

*Summer hours are posted below, selections for summer are limited.

Hours

• Fall and spring semesters - Open while classes are in session from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00pm and 4:45pm -7 p.m., Monday - Friday, specific holiday closing times are posted outside the cafeteria.
• Summer Session - Open while classes are in session from 7:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday. Dinner is availible on specified dates. Refer to menus posted in Mystar.
• *Hours are subject to change, any changes will be posted outside the cafeteria, and at the residence halls.
