Humanities and Social Sciences Department

We have a unique department that features many general education classes (i.e., psychology, history, education) as well as some programs where you can receive a two-year degree and go directly into the workforce (criminal justice and early childhood development).  In addition, we have two-year degree programs that prepare you to transfer to a four year college or university where you can pursue your bachelor's degree (i.e., political science and sociology/social work).  One thing you're guaranteed is an excellent group of faculty who are dedicated to your academic success.  We look forward to seeing you in our classes, and please feel free to contact any of our distinguished faculty to learn more about their specialty areas.
