English Composition and Literature

From technical to creative writing, from the age of Beowulf to J.R. Tolkien or from Spanish and French relations to public relations, the English Composition and Literature general education courses offer a range of challenging classes designed to prepare students for the transfer institution and the demands of the contemporary workplace. Whether students select from courses available on-ground or online, they will find attentive faculty members willing to help them one-on-one with their specific needs.

Full-time instructors Lisa Adams, Randy Crawshaw, Lisa Shoemaker, Cathy Clements, and Anne Homan are available in the Yeater Learning Center on the Sedalia campus.
