Marine Technology

Why study marine technology?

Do you enjoy fishing, skiing, or cruising the waterways? Do you like to fix things and work with your hands? If so, SFCC's marine technology program may be for you.

You can earn an associate of applied science degree or professional certificate through an articulation agreement program that will prepare you to become a highly skilled marine technician who can understand and service the complex technology of today's outboards, sterndrives, and personal watercraft. You will also gain valuable experience to work as a service, sales, or parts manager.
