Quality management (QM) technologists use standardized data collection methods, information analysis tools and data analysis methods to monitor medical imaging systems to achieve quality medical images. They work in hospitals, clinics, labs and outpatient centers.
Technologists working in QM are responsible for the quality of the processes and systems within radiology departments and perform quality control tests, assess film density, and monitor accuracy. ARRT certification is voluntary, but certification in QM may help those seeking a career in quality management.
This seminar will cover the latest in quality management. A wide range of topics including Quality Management Tools and Procedures, Processor Quality Control, Silver Recovery, ARRT QM Registry-Clinicals, Projects, Registry Requirements, and much more.

This two-day course provides 17.5 hours of credit and covers Quality Management Tools and Procedures, Processor Quality Control, Silver Recovery, and ARRT QM Registry Requirements - an overview of clinical and project requirements. A certificate of attendance will be provided for each individual upon completion of the workshop.
