The Learning Force Instructors are long-time industry professionals who offer tremendous depth of experience and knowledge in their fields. They bring their real-world experience and knowledge to their training programs. Our Instructors keep up to date with industry developments, and most importantly, they make the success of each employee or individual a priority.
Whether in a classroom or on the production floor, our instructors go beyond the curriculum by including practical activities, and hands-on experience to deliver a quality learning experience.
Domann, Phyllis Sue
Phyllis Sue Domann has work experience as chief executive, as well as management, human resources, marketing, finance and other areas of business in not-for-profits, higher education, coporate, manufacturing and state and federal goverments for 20 years. She has training and development and consulting with businesses throughout her career.
Phyllis has multiple degrees including a Masters in Training and Development for Business and Industry from Oklahoma State University.
Kevin Haulotte is the lead instructor for Computer Aided Drafting program at State Fair Community College. He holds a Bachelors of inform
aiton Technology. Prior to joining SFCC, Kevin owned his own business and utilized CAD, Microsoft Project and Visio and other software he now teaches to others.

Haynes III, Vern
Vern Haynes has completed extensive training in computer training, programming, applications, networking and business. He holds an Associate degree in Computer Applications, Bachelors degree in Business Administrations and is a Certified MS Office Specialist. Vern is a business owner and Lifelong Learning instructor at State Fair Community College.
"My goal is meeting employees at their level and giving them the tools to be more productive by fully utilizing their technology."
Thaddaeus graduated in December of 1998 from Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, Missouri. He has since worked in foundries, design centers, assembly operations, and food manufacturers as a production and process engineer. Since 2008 he has been working as a trainer within Toyota, Kraft Foods and others specializing in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and the associated software programs that support those initiatives.
Dr. Michael Perusich is the Clinic Director of BackBone of Health Chiropractic Wellness Center in Sedalia. He earned his BS degree at the University of Texas-Austin and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, where he graduate Cum Laude.
Dr. Perusichis also a co-founder of BackBone Communications (BBC). BBC is a multi-faceted company providing motivational engagements and training seminars as well as business and marketing consulting for doctors and entrepreneurs. Dr. Perusich is a nationally recognized lecturer and regularly speaks all over the country. He is available as a keynote speaker for professional and motivational engagements as well as local clubs and organizations.
Rose, Laura Lee
Laura Lee Rose has nearly 20 years of experience in manufacturing with her principal experience in communications, quality assurance and Lean manufacturing.
She is an ASQ-certified Six Sigma Black Belt, an RABQSA Certified Lead Auditor, a certified Training Within Industry Job Relations Instructor and a certified Eureka! Winning Ways® Growth Coach.
Amber Scott holds a degree in biology/social science and has worked in laboratory research, livestock farming, real estate, job development, plus administration of non-profit and for profit businesses.
"My focus is to encourage participants to integrate their interests and their strengths, specifically in how to approach using them in their professional and personal lives."
Richard Stark has 25+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing Solutions, which include quality engineering, tooling, and training and in Management processes, which include documentation, scheduling, billing, budgets and certifications.
Richard has conducted facilitation and implementation of specific processes which resulted in a reduction or elimination of wastes.
Walters, James E.
James Walters has prepared students for the CDL state examination since 2005, teaching the three phases of the testes, the pretrip, the road and the basic skills.
Gary has been teaching business and computers to college students for over 25 years. He earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Kansas and a Master's Degree in Business from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. Gary founded and operated several successful businesses in the Kansas City area before relocating to the Lake of the Ozarks region.
