Kids College Instructors

SFCC's Kids College is based on the philosophy that fun and learning go hand-in-hand. We believe we have created an exceptional learning environment designed to make topics come alive for students. Our teachers, from area school districts and SFCC, use new and attention-grabbing ways to challenge children and send them back to school with new perspectives and an excitement for learning.

Why I teach Kids College: After teaching Art for 6 years, I chose to be a stay-at-home-mom (aka: domestic super woman) to my four amazing kiddos. Kids College is a great opportunity for me to continue doing what I love, which is teaching, and still do what I love even more, be a mom. My teaching philosophy is to facilitate every child's natural desire to create. Every child is an artist ... until someone tells them they aren't. -Author unknown
