Medical Emergency Approval

If a student experiences an injury to self only or illness that occurs suddenly and does not include common illnesses, conditions or routine medical appointments, he or she may complete the Medical Emergency Approval Form. 

It can be mailed to State Fair Community College, Dean of Academic Affairs, 3201 West 16th Street, Sedalia, MO 65301, faxed to (660) 596-7467, or brought to Yeater Room 102.

Absences due to medical emergencies will not count against class attendance, but students may not be able to make up missed content.
